Training of trainers in Rijeka

For one week in Rijeka (Croatia) 35 educators from 6 countries (Croatia, Cyprus, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania and Turkey) participated in the “Training of trainers” of the project Generation 0101, an European project with a goal to focus on ICT education for unemployed youth.
 

Youngsters are overestimating their digital skills, but their skills are not sufficient for the job market

We have results of the study that we were working on for months. We have done desk research on EU programmes and statistics about ICT education, asked young people for selfassesment of their ICT skills and interviewed stakeholders to find out how much do they know about Digital agenda for Europe.

Conducting the study on Digital Agenda in Riga

The capital of Latvia, Riga, was the place of our second transnational meeting where we have presented study results based on the research that was carried out during last few months.
Partners have agreed on finalization of national reports of the study, deadlines for creating guidelines for policy makers and created a template for development of ICT modules in next few months.
