In order to raise ICT skills of young people, project partners will select youth workers who will be educated for providing education free of the charge for young people in their countries. Since each of partners organization have trainers in some ICT fields, the general improvement in number of young people with skills needed for digital jobs are low. Therefore, each of partners organizations will be enhanced with 6 additional courses to provide to young people. In order to accomplish this goal, joint education of youth workers will be implemented. 

Overall 35 youth workers will be trained. During the joint training, they will have great opportunity to interact and get to know with youth workers who will provide training in the same ICT field in other countries but also with the youth workers who will provide trainings in other modules.
